Room Values & Expectations

The wrestling room is more than mats and drills—it’s where habits, character, and discipline are built one practice at a time.

Discipline

On time, locked in, and coachable. We hold athletes to a standard that follows them off the mat.

  • Arrive early, ready to work
  • Phones away during practice
  • Respect coaches and teammates

Effort

We can’t control wins and losses, but we control how hard we hand-fight, drill, and finish reps.

  • Give honest effort every round
  • Finish drills at match pace
  • Help partners get better

Respect

We compete hard, but we treat partners, opponents, officials, and parents with respect.

  • Encourage teammates
  • Win and lose with class
  • Leave the room better than we found it

Programs

Age-appropriate training that meets athletes where they are—whether they’re just learning stance or sharpening skills for high school competition.
